It started 3 years ago when we leased a pilot and didn’t leave the dealership until 11:00 PM because they wanted to make the deal that night which was the last day of March 2021.Part of the deal was they we leave the dealership until 11:00 PM because they wanted to make the deal that night which was the last day of March 2021.Part of the deal was they were going to make my last payment on our ending lease car. 7 months later and over 15 phone calls to the dealership and corporate and Giovanni ( the manager) never returning my calls I finally got my check on October 21st! Now 3 years later my lease is up and we couldn’t come to a deal on another pilot so we leased a car with another dealership. So we had the car inspected, made appointment to return the car to dealership on 3/22/24 after they canceled my appointment on 3/23/24 cause they don’t do lease returns on Saturday. So we go to return the car a salesman goes and checks the car out takes pictures of the odometer starts the paperwork then comes back and tells us they are not going to take the car back😡because the lease back (US Bank) is hard to deal with and they don’t want the responsibility of the car on their lot until it is picked up! We been leasing cars for over 25 years and NEVER HAD THIS HAPPENED TO US BEFORE!!!! I will NEVER go to this dealership again nor would I recommend them to anyone. If I could I would give them a -10 rating. There customer service S_ _ KS. More
