Bad review incoming: so I bought a car from here on 26th January by trading in my old car which had an outstanding payment. It’s been >1 month and they haven’t yet paid the bank, I have been trying to call January by trading in my old car which had an outstanding payment. It’s been >1 month and they haven’t yet paid the bank, I have been trying to call them like twice everyday since 20th of February. My next payment date was 21st of February. I wanted to confirm it’s taken care of. They haven’t yet!!!! Reason 1 - apparently the 1st check was lost in transit. Reason 2 - it seems they have sent the check and looks like to a wrong address! I have been asking them to send me some details about the tracking info, but none given. Now I am being bombarded by calls from my bank saying they haven’t received payments, of course make sense. And the payoff amount is increased by $200 because the interest gets added everyday and I’m not sure they will pay that, cause guess what! I had signed on a dam document for the payoff amount. Looks like they have conveniently forgotten the payoff date!!! 1st time I have had to deal with such a thing! I have leased and bought cars at least 3-4 times and never have I faced this issue. Hopefully this review will help me get someone to work with More
