Jack was extremely helpful during the purchase of our vehicle. We never felt pressured to buy, which my husband and I appreciated. I would highly recommend him, as well as Chevrolet of Wayzata. We are very pleased with our purchase of a Chevy Equinox from Taylor. She's friendly, competent, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and sales process. From our first step into the dealership, througho from Taylor. She's friendly, competent, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and sales process. From our first step into the dealership, throughout the whole process, and follow-up the next day, Taylor was great to work with. We would recommend anyone looking for a positive purchasing experience stop by and ask for Taylor. More

I’ve read a lot of good and bad reviews on this dealership and I respect on their own opinions and experiences. It just happened I have a very bad experience on this one. I purchased a 2018 GLA 250 dealership and I respect on their own opinions and experiences. It just happened I have a very bad experience on this one. I purchased a 2018 GLA 250 4matic Mercedes-Benz. When I got there I was passed over to another dealership. He was kind but not honest at all. I drove the car and I noticed that the tires was low and there was no water fluid on my windshield. I asked the dealer and told him why this not working and he said will fix it for you. Their finance guy was rushing me to sign and he said had to go hime coz he needs to take his medicine. How rude for rushing me as his customer. I end up signing the papers and I even ask the dealer that isnit good to go. He said he “everything is good now” but after 3days of been driving the Mercedes-Benz I noticed why my PSI keeps on telling me that my front tire doesn’t have air and my water fluid telling me to check. So I brought it back to chev Wayzata to have them check. They told me everything looks great and working. I insisted it’s not I know there’s something wrong with the tires but they said they check it spray on tires no leak blah blah. I left. I went to the discount tires and there they found a leak on my rims. I was so pissed coz I have to pay for it and Chev Wayzata doesn’t want to deal with me and my car anymore. They just want me to walk away and not their problem. I haven’t started paying my monthly payments yet and they even insisted to help me with my car. They even told me they can’t fix my fluid too because they’re not Mercedes they don’t know how. I’ve been harassed and discriminated in their shop. I was so pissed that they lied to me that every thing was fix. They couldn’t help me. They just care about their sales. BE CAREFUL. Check every xxxx thing when you purchased cars on them. They’re not upfront and honest. Not recommending to anyone to buy card from them. At least on my experience it was pretty bad. Never been treated fairly. More

I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from their lot 3 days ago. My experience was good at first. The salesman Jack greeted me with ease, I told him the vehicle I was interested in, he pulled it and I took it ago. My experience was good at first. The salesman Jack greeted me with ease, I told him the vehicle I was interested in, he pulled it and I took it for a test drive. The vehicle handled well. Came back and I told him that if he can give me what I was looking for my trade car, than I would buy it. He got me what I was asking for my trade and went to work.....That's where things took a turn. I told Jack that I needed to be out within an hour, he said "no problem!". It took over 2 hours to get me out the door. I was already late to go to work AND the finance guy Kevin was rushing through the paperwork because he had to leave also. And you can also tell the serious level of professionalism (which they have 0) because Kevin kept answering personal phone calls while going through the paperwork with me! I mean seriously? You NEVER answer a personal phone call while dealing with a customer! I felt that it was more important for him to leave than my purchase. On top of it all, the sale price listed on the vehicle isn't what I ended up paying! This dealership likes to add things to their fleet of cars and expect for the customer to pay for them regardless if the customer agrees or not. They added this shadow mark, rust protection and the silver package to the vehicle prior to listing it for sale. Jack (the sales guy) never disclosed to me that this was done, Kevin (the finance guy) mentioned to me, but because everything was going very fast, he didnt explained what that was. I reviewed the paperwork later that night and I noticed that they added $1200.00 worth of add ons to my sale price without my consent! I called the dealership the next day and spoke with Aaron and was told that they add those things to every vehicle and expect us to pay for it. How the xxxx does that make sense? It should be given to the customers for free since the dealership is deciding to add those things on in the first place or at least give your customers the choice, instead of forcing them down our throats! Aside from the fact that this vehicle, even though they claim it was serviced, the oil change meter was not reset, the two car fobs were given to me with low battery AND the tires are about a year or less from becoming completely bold, PLUS I found a dent on the back right side of the vehicle that was NOT fixed and it was poorly painted. It looks horrible! My 4 year old son, would have done a better job at painting it! This vehicle cost $36,000 (if you add the stuff the dealership added behind my back) I understand that this was a used vehicle, but how in the xxxx do you expect your customers to trust you and your judgement if you do shady xxxx like that behind close doors and claim the vehicle is in "good" standards when there is a clear and very visible dent on it! The General Manager Josh is a joke. He starts telling me that on their website, there is a disclaimer stating "this dealership reserves the right to add any and all features and accessories prior to selling the vehicle". I am yet to find said disclaimer. Telling me that I could return the vehicle, but it will cost me $1400.00 alone to return it and they won't return my trade in either. I told him about the oil change meter and he started telling me that Chrysler uses some sort of code to reset the meter. The guy is full of xxxx, because all it took is for ME and 2 minutes to figure out to go into the settings of the vehicle and follow the instructions to reset it. This type of ineptitude is beyond frustrating. Nevertheless, I won't be returning the vehicle, but I sure as xxxx know now, NEVER to do business with that shady xxx dealership again or any of its people and I sure hope that anyone who takes the time to read my review considers staying away from them, because all they'll end up doing is ripping you off. NEW UPDATE! After writing this review, Aaron Johnson calls me because he wants to talk to me about my review, I call him back on 8/23. He tells me that he read my review and that he "truly" wants to remedy my situation and "make me happy" So he asks, "What can we do to make you happy?" We talk about my review and I tell him "If your intentions are real and you are truly wanting to remedy my situation I want new tires and half the money you charged me behind my back" I asked for new tires because the tires that they claimed were "okay", no they are not okay, they are down to their last tread. Aaron, tells me "If I give you what you want, will you take the review down?" I tell him "I won't take it down, but I'll modify it and depending on what you can do, I'll adjust the star rating" He tells me "Let me see what I can do and I will call you back later today" This conversation happened exactly 9 days ago. Aaron or anyone from that dealership NEVER called me back. I have no interest in speaking with any of them at all. My review stands. WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER! More

Bait and switch. Went to buy wife present for Christmas. Met the grinch! Showed me a purchase price but I chose to lease. Two days later figured out they switched the price to above sticker and pocketed my Met the grinch! Showed me a purchase price but I chose to lease. Two days later figured out they switched the price to above sticker and pocketed my rebates. Never showed or informed me except to sign on the bottom line. Not that I was ever waked through the fees. My fault for not noticing. Their fault for being unethical. When I complained the general manager told me ‘sorry, you messed up and signed it. My job is to make the most money possible for us.’ When I asked him about the ethics behind it, he just punted. I’m filing a complaint with the MN Dept of Vehicles and I’m already in touch with GM corporate about unethical practices. Even my sales person Pat seemed flummoxed when I asked him why the price didn’t match. Can’t guarantee he was truthful. But never again! More

I was utterly disappointed in the professionalism and service at this dealership. I went in expecting to pick up my new car (I had scheduled a pick up the day before after a test drive) and literally le service at this dealership. I went in expecting to pick up my new car (I had scheduled a pick up the day before after a test drive) and literally left crying. The finance guy would not take no for an answer when I said I didn’t want any warranties and then told me it would be easier for him if I financed through them- even though I had a lower rate through USAA. He said I could not leave with a car unless I financed with them. I said I would leave with my own car and had to convince them to give me back my keys and title. Terrible! Loved the car but could not give them my money. More

What an awesome experience that was. I was personally turned off by going back to a dealership to get my next vehicle, but I'm glad I gave this one a chance. I told Dameon what I wanted and was looking f turned off by going back to a dealership to get my next vehicle, but I'm glad I gave this one a chance. I told Dameon what I wanted and was looking for and he delivered. A no nonsense kind of guy, was straight with me on everything, worked hard to get a deal that was right within my price range. Kevin from Finance thoroughly explained all of my options and what I was getting myself into and made sure I was well informed before signing my name on the dotted line. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. More
