Replacement of transmission in Honda Pilot at 22K Kevin did a great job of getting us in and keeping us up to date on our repair. My car was towed in needing a starter, Had to have my car towed in for a new starter. Had excellent customer service from Marshall, Jeff and Kevin. Marshall arranged for a loaner car for Had to have my car towed in for a new starter. Had excellent customer service from Marshall, Jeff and Kevin. Marshall arranged for a loaner car for me so I didn't miss work the next day. Jeff called me with what was needed and cost. Kevin even called me to make sure I had everything I needed. Picked my car up Saturday afternoon as promised. These guys always go 110% to help me out with any service I need for my Honda, and I appreciate the extra mile on this one very much. If I could give you guys more than 5 stars, I would. More

Service personnel very helpful and the service was completed as promised. My only concern is that the problem with the vehicle wasn’t covered by warranty. The engine dept under guard came off the car completed as promised. My only concern is that the problem with the vehicle wasn’t covered by warranty. The engine dept under guard came off the car as I traveled on the interstate. If my doors come off next, I sssume I have to pay for the repair! More

Honda was great at their technical service work and their customer service. You can tell they deal with a high number of customers because their system is very robust.
