Kevin was a pleasure to work with. The air conditioning in my Civic was blowing hot air. The dealership had to order parts to fix the problem and Kevin called first thing the next morning to let me know t in my Civic was blowing hot air. The dealership had to order parts to fix the problem and Kevin called first thing the next morning to let me know the parts were in and that I could bring my car right away to be fixed. Given that we are having 90 degree weather right now I appreciate how quickly the problems were corrected. I hope I get a chance to work with Kevin again. He is courteous and efficient.
