This is my third car I buy from this dealer. absolutely the best people to work with. He was very courteous to the point he delivered teh car to or house. The transaction was smooth and effective. In my three occasions I purchased the cars the sales people were excellent, this last Superior. I like to say a word about your service. One of teh best service I ever had to deal with. Service advisor are knowledgeable of the product. The are very polite and extremely well organized. They follow up after teh service to find out if I am satisfied. I went in on a busy weekend (tariff uncertainty) and Kevin Marroquin was very helpful. He set up the deal, and went the very next day to bring the particular car I wanted. All the staff stayed late to finish all the paperwork for many customers. South Bay Hyundai is a very welcoming environment, no high pressure sales pitch, and conveniently located. With Kevin's great help, I got a car that's efficient (as high as 4 mi/kWh on level freeway), fun (especially in max regen on a canyon road), and comfortable (quiet, awesome sound system). Besides the hardcopy manual, South Bay Hyundai also has informational videos on their YouTube channel. I highly recommend this dealership! More
