Service not just at the Sale but afterwards!!!!! This was our first BRAND new car that we had purchased! Karen made is super easy and made sure we got exactly what we wanted in a vehicle. She even This was our first BRAND new car that we had purchased! Karen made is super easy and made sure we got exactly what we wanted in a vehicle. She even asked my daughter what she wanted in her new car. Karen made this a wonderful experience! The service center is top notch as well. I came in for an oil change, tires were caked with snow and ice as well as the wheel wells also, they steamed the tires and even ran it thru the wash for me. We have been so please all around with our experiences with this dealership. I know when we need more vehicles this is where we will be shopping !!!!! More

First one was with Kevin L who found a factory service bulletin regarding the problem with my GMC sierr Recently had two service visits at Luther GMC. First one was with Kevin L who found a factory service bulletin regarding the problem with my GMC sierra and it turned out the parts and laber were covered by the factory. He then mentioned to me that i should consider bringing my turck to Luther GMC when I needed my next oil change. Several months later did just that and Paul McDonald helped me that day. The service was done promptly as I waited in the comforting customer lounge- had coffee, a breafast bar and a local newspaper was there for me to read. More
