We had a positive experience with sales and the entire sales process. Concerns appeared when interacting with the business office. Line items were added to the invoice between the time I read through the sales process. Concerns appeared when interacting with the business office. Line items were added to the invoice between the time I read through the contract and I signed it, to the tune of a few thousand dollars, but shame on me for not rereading the contact and noticing after the fact. My fault. However, I did not need financing through the dealership and did not release the dealer to seek financing on my behalf, specifically notating in my own handwriting on the sales paperwork not to run credit for anyone other than my approved bank. I now have multiple hard inquiries on my credit report when there should have been only one. More
