I purchased a car from McGrath Hyundai(Grand Ave,Chicago) and had an incredibly frustrating experience with their financing manager-Kevin Jovasais. Despite explicitly stating multiple times that I did not wa and had an incredibly frustrating experience with their financing manager-Kevin Jovasais. Despite explicitly stating multiple times that I did not want an extended warranty, the financing manager added a $6,500 warranty to my account. I only discovered this issue after the purchase when I reviewed the documents stored on a USB stick provided by the dealership. I have been trying to resolve this problem for the past three months. I've reached out repeatedly via phone and email to have the unnecessary warranty removed from my account. Unfortunately, the financing manager has been unresponsive—he neither answers my calls nor replies to my emails. My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious. Be sure to thoroughly review all paperwork and beware of unresponsive and unhelpful staff. More
