I leased a car, and 2 days later, I brought it in on a walk in for pulsating braking. Kevin was not in yet, but another salesperson who's name I did not get was happy to help. They took the car right in, provided me with transportation home, and about 3 hours later called to let me know the car was ready, and sent transportation to bring me back to pick up the car. Kenny in the service department was very friendly. He explained what they did to fix the problem and got me on my way. More

We bought a used Tuscon March 2025 with 22k miles on it. Kevin was our sales guy. Very polite, handsome, and 9 years of polished sales experience which can work against you as the customer if you aren't g Kevin was our sales guy. Very polite, handsome, and 9 years of polished sales experience which can work against you as the customer if you aren't great at making a deal. My hang ups are as follows. 1. The previous car owner was a smoker, and the dealership hid this by spraying a ton of deoderizer spray so we didn't realize until a few days later when it wore off that the car has the smell of smoke that will take us months to get out. However smoke smell doesn't bother us much, and a dealership isn't required to disclose this information, however it was a bit shady that they weren't up front about it. 2. Be prepared to be hit with a $599 (approx) Adminitrative fee on top of the standard $175 DMV fee that is charged. 3. Expect to be hit with a $1695 (approx) "Vehicle reconditioning fee." So I asked Kevin what was reconditioned on the vehicle and he refused to answer telling me I could check the carfax report if i wanted. You know the service department keeps accurate records of all their expenses. So I took the car to my mechanic and the tires have dry rot, the brake pads and rotors are original and rusted and old and will need replacing soon. The oil was not changed (nor was it due yet, but who knows how old the oil is). Even the air filter has house fly/mosquitos in it.. and keep in mind we bought the car in March.. there are no bugs right now. So basically they charged us $1700 to perform a $100 value detailing on the inside of the car, and spray some deoderizer. 4. Then you get to the bill of sale, and you are advised the Admin fee and Recon fee are going to be added to the price of the car, so now instead of just being a service/consult fee which doesn't necessarily need to be taxed, it is taxed. The dealership does this to inflate the price of their used cars so that they can leverage that for future customers. 5. We asked Kevin several times what the finance rates would be and this information was not provided until the very end of all the paperwork signing. 10% and we were told with our perfect credit scores that nobody wanted to finance the car because it was used and it was a high risk. Had you gone in to buy a new car somewhere at an advertised percentage you would have walked out with that percentage, but this just goes to show how they rope you in for 3 hours of your time to wear you down to accept whatever interest rate they throw at you. The lack of transparency makes this dealer a shady dealer and I would not recommend them to my friends or family or a stranger. I dont know, maybe they are better when it comes to selling new cars vs used ones because the deal is structured on the corporate national specials. We wouldn't even trust this dealer to exercise the free 6 month maintenance they provided because they probably would just hit the reset button on the oil % and not change it. Very dissappointed with this business. A dealership can make an honest living and not resort to such deceptive behaviors to inflate their profit margins. More

The most difficult used car negotiations ever to finally get a fair deal. To many unexpected fees and financing had to go through dealership. I was pre authorized by 2 banks. get a fair deal. To many unexpected fees and financing had to go through dealership. I was pre authorized by 2 banks. More

I went there to complete a recall that was for the undercoating of my Hyundai 2018 Santa Fe sport. At the time I was there I asked them about the flaking of my rims. Three of my four rims are discolor undercoating of my Hyundai 2018 Santa Fe sport. At the time I was there I asked them about the flaking of my rims. Three of my four rims are discolored and losing the shine and they said they would take pictures and investigate. I still have not heard anything from the dealership. A little disappointed since this was back in the beginning of December More
