Buyer Beware! ALWAYS CHECK THE NUMBERS BEFORE you sign off on the purchase of your new vehicle here. We recently went in to purchase a truck. The truck did not hav ALWAYS CHECK THE NUMBERS BEFORE you sign off on the purchase of your new vehicle here. We recently went in to purchase a truck. The truck did not have floorboards although it was high off the ground. We ordered some, and had the cost put into the total cost of the truck (to be done after purchase). Our salesman had us sign an IOU for the floorboards to be sure we’d get them. When we went to “close the deal” with the finance person, the floorboards were somehow left out of the deal, and we did not know it until the financing had gone through. Now, we are left to pay an extra $1,000 out of pocket for the floorboards even though our salesman had us sign an IOU document for the floorboards. And that particular IOU “document” we signed conveniently never made it into our hands. Our advice? No matter how long it takes you, please COMB OVER THE NUMBERS BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING! Take all the time you need to do it; or you might be surprised or, worse yet, be missing some upgrades you THINK you’re getting. Just because it’s no hassle pricing, doesn’t mean it’s no gimmick sales. More
