Shottenkirk Nissan Katy - November 2023 I purchased a preowned-certified 2023 GMC Hummer EV Edition 1 from Marco (Sales) & Chris Robinson (finance). At the time of purchase, it was confirmed the Hummer preowned-certified 2023 GMC Hummer EV Edition 1 from Marco (Sales) & Chris Robinson (finance). At the time of purchase, it was confirmed the Hummer EV had its full GMC Warranty as I was looking at new vs. preowned-certified as I wanted an Edition 1. At no time did anyone at Shottenkirk indicate any issue with the GMC Warranty. I now know that the GMC Warranty was voided, and Shottenkirk knew about it. Fast forward 1 year and I took my Hummer in for service, and I was told by GMC there was no warranty and that Shottenkirk knew there was no warranty when they purchased the hummer and then sold it to me. I went back to Shottenkirk Nissan Katy and explained the issue and I was told by Gary Lindsey (previous GM) this had happened 3 other times and they would take care of it with providing me a warranty at no cost. However, now 4 months later and now current GM Kevin Herlehy treated very rudely on the showroom floor and would not help me and said it was an AS IS SALE. I have my paperwork that shows the GMC Warranty listed on it. It was then turned over to Johnny Cantrell and he promised me he would give me a GMC Warranty as he knows Marco and Chris mislead me to make the sale. It's now been 1 month later, and Johnny Cantrell is ghosting me and will not return my calls or text. I have now turned this over to an attorney, but I wanted to make everyone aware to beware of this dealership and their sales tactics. We all work hard for our money and for a dealership of this size to resort to tactics like this to make a sale is very wrong. I did some research today on Greg Shottenkirk and he seems like a great guy, family man, and businessman so I hope he reads this and realizes how we have been wronged and maybe he needs to reevaluate who works for him.
