I arrived around 5:30pm on a Friday evening with my ac blowing hot, hybrid failure message, ruptured fuel pump and other error messages. My Venza was taken in right away and my service advisor (Kevin) cal blowing hot, hybrid failure message, ruptured fuel pump and other error messages. My Venza was taken in right away and my service advisor (Kevin) called an Uber to take me home (free of charge). The following day I provided my extended warranty info and all repairs were completed the same day. Very good experience! Kevin was awesome to work with. More

The service was great, as was the tire person who came and spoke to us. What is annoying is when sales people who I have no history with start contacting me because they want me to trade my Tundra. Kevin was great. It took much longer than expected but the lounge area is comfy and enough snacks to keep me occupied. Although I was getting restless. 15+ years I've been coming to Findlay, and the service is always top notch. I don't have to worry about seeing the same Service Dept. Rep, as there has been a consistency with communication, recommendations always top notch. I don't have to worry about seeing the same Service Dept. Rep, as there has been a consistency with communication, recommendations, and support. I've gotten into the habit of staying at Findlay while my vehicle(s) are being serviced, as I know the turnaround is relatively short. No complaints. This time around I worked with Kevin, and like other Team members at Findlay, I was treated with kindness, respect, and like I belonged there. I've been in Vegas for over 20 years and have purchased my last 2 vehicles from Findlay. I've no reason not to continue doing so. Side note - I love the use of the i-pads. I can appreciate the tech behind it, but honestly love being able to "see" what is being discussed regarding recommended services. I know enough about vehicles to know I don't know anything, but the contextual images in relation to what my car needs is brilliant. Yeah, it's like a doctor pointing out things on an x-ray, but that's the whole point. Great add to the already high quality of your service team. More
