I was looking at the 2 models I I was not really looking forward to buying a new car last one was in 92,but I did my research and ended up at Subaru. I was looking at the 2 models I had in mind and after a few minutes Kevin came out to answer some questions next thing we are on a test drive he explained the different options and features I pretty much knew I wasn't gonna buy the car at that point I was pre approved but Kevin though they could do better and they did not by a lot but good enough. A week later I went back for a "love encore" where they answered a few questions I had and gave me a 25$ gas card they also told me if I'm in the area and have the time to stop by and they'd wash it for me free of charge overall I'm very happy with the whole process BTW everyone loves my new Subaru aka Vera!!!! More
