My experience at this location haven't been pleasant. I wouldn't put this on all employees just because I've experience a couple of bad apples. Here is a breakdown: Brandon the finical guy, is wanting me I wouldn't put this on all employees just because I've experience a couple of bad apples. Here is a breakdown: Brandon the finical guy, is wanting me to resign a contract, after giving him my concerns and why I feel uncomfortable, he starts screaming at me saying it's my fault. I immediately walk out. He calls down the used car director, as we are speaking about the situation, Brandon starts screaming again, his peers had to push him back just because im speaking the truth to the " director of used cars" then the director says" can we be adults" i took offense due to me being professional the entire time. The director gives the contract to " Kevin" and says "i want with this guy" and walked off. Just because I didn't sign the contract after I voiced my concerns. Look at cameras if need be. 11-23-24 5pm-6pm. Very unprofessional and unsafe. I can honestly say Kevin is the only person I feel who's been genuine and understanding the whole time. No one else wants to listen, they're just wanting me to sign. More

Long wait time. Was told 3 days after buying vehicle that i would need to pay $5200 for a torque converter replacement. I was not happy with that and asked to spea Was told 3 days after buying vehicle that i would need to pay $5200 for a torque converter replacement. I was not happy with that and asked to speak to the service manager. They were able to get the dealer in Sherman that owned it before my purchase to cover the cost as well as gave me a loaner vehicle same model. The repair took more than two weeks. I can say it works great now and all is good! More

Made an appointment with a salesman to test drive a specific vehicle. Arrived promptly at 9 am from 6 hours away. Appointment was confirmed several times. Salesman had entirely wrong vehicle "ready" f specific vehicle. Arrived promptly at 9 am from 6 hours away. Appointment was confirmed several times. Salesman had entirely wrong vehicle "ready" for us. We were told that their "sister" dealership had come and retrieved the vehicle we wanted that morning for a customer to test drive. He said he would text me when he found out something. Haven't heard a word since. Got an the standard followup email from a "sales manager" claiming he wanted to ensure we had an exemplary experience, I replied with what happened. Silence. Someone else, an "internet manager" reached out to my husband who responded with what happened as well. Silence. Shameful. We went to a competitor and purchased what we wanted. I have never been treated like this before. Shameful. Never got an apology from anyone. More
