He was so friendly, listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions and worked hard to get us a good deal. The check out process ran into some snags out of our control but he was very patient and even stayed after hours to get us our car that very night. Buying a car is a stressful process in my opinion but the customer service at Pinebelt made it much more pleasant than I thought it ever could be. Thank you Pinebelt! I would highly recommend this dealership to any friends and family in the future. More

The salesman was exceptionally helpful and worked with us to negotiate a price that was both fair and low enough to convince us to drive home with a new car. We came in with a great offer from another deale to negotiate a price that was both fair and low enough to convince us to drive home with a new car. They did not push us aggressively but listened to what we wanted and worked with us to come up with a reasonable offer.
