No one wants to unexpectedly need 4 new tires, brakes etc. (especially so close to Christmas). Kevin did an excellent job helping us diagnose the problem where we smelt gasoline while driving. We were out of town and were worrying if we could drive home safely. Going above and beyond, Kevin also offered to install a recall part that is still not available in our hometown!
