Drove it to my Chiro, came back out and started it and I had NOTHING on my instrument, Complete blank - no speedmemter anothing. I managed to drive it to the Dealrship and was informed i it was the Electrical system, they reset-in abd got it to work. the next timje I drove it 5 miles to the store and back without issues. Third time, it woulnd't start, had to have it towed to the dealership. I this pint I had 295 miles on the vehiclem drove it 3 times and it's been in the shop twice. TOok in 8 days ago and never heard from the dealership, had to go by there to find out, they forgot about it............... it's still at the Dealership. It's obviously a Lemon, however, the only thing McKenzie is willing to do is have me trade in the New Care as a USED car and loss about 10K on that transaction plus raising my car payment to an additional $200 dollars.................. Instead of taking care of the problem - they doubled down on attempting get get more money out of me. Plus in the 6 weeks since I purchased my vehicle, my salesman was no loing there, and since I took it in this last time the Sales Manager is gone............seems like ethey have ALOT of bad issues at this dealership and are only converned with making a HUGE profit - forgot customer service and caring about theie customers. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE !!!!

You are correct about your salesperson and the sales manager no longer being with our company. In regard to employee turnover our remaining sales manager Mark has been here over 10 years and Jim our other sales manager has been here over 30 years. We have 5 other employees that have been here over 10 years, 3 employees that have been here over 5 years and 4 others that have been here over 3 years. We truly do value taking care of our employees as well as our customers.
Regarding your vehicle being in service and not receiving a call back with the status or update, upper management has not been aware of your concerns until now. You will be receiving a call from us today.

After promptly addressing these concerns with our service manager, he stated you were in Friday and service has explained your vehicle needs an alternator and it is currently on backorder with General Motors. They told you as soon as they have an ETA, you will be contacted, and they have stated they put you in one of our rental units while they wait for the part.
Investigating the service history, I show you have been in one additional time with an instrument panel concern not relating to the alternator and that issue was fixed.
Investigating your deal history, I show that sales gave you a great deal on your purchase as they sold it to you well below MSRP. When you first purchase a new vehicle, your payoff will be higher than your actual purchase price because of tax, title and dealer fees from the initial purchase and the market value of vehicles are constantly changing. We do want to make sure all of our customers are treated fairly.

I will admit 3 months of having my truck was a little long but I had the chance to finally sit down and resolve the issue I was having. I ended up having a great transaction with Courtney,steven,kevin,and the sales guy treavor was great. They have went above expectations on fixing the issue. I was put in a truck that had all the bells and whistles I wish the first one had at a great price. I will admit I am I man and wanted things done right then and there. I realize now how much the dealerships struggle with warranty companies and getting the parts so if I have learned anything from this experience is that be patient with the dealership and pay attention to who you get your warranty from.

Good Morning Mr. Bartlett,
We apologize for the inconvenience Mr. Bartlett has encountered with his transmission replacement. When the vehicle was initially brought in for the transmission concern our service manager notified Kathy, Mr. Bartlett's advisor, and Mr. Bartlett there was and still is a national shortage of General Motors replacement transmissions and there was no ETA on when one would be available. Mr. Bartlett stated he would take his vehicle elsewhere to which our service manager replied, okay because the service manager knew there was no way we could get a GM transmission in a timely matter. Mr. Bartlett's service advisor spoke again with Mr. Bartlett and the customer decided to purchase an aftermarket transmission from a company called Whatever it Takes Transmissions to be installed by our dealership. The service advisor told Mr. Bartlett that the manufacturer cannot warranty aftermarket transmissions but will have a warranty from the parts supplier for 3 years 36,000 miles. The customer decided to continue with the repair using an aftermarket transmission. Upon receiving the transmission, the transmission was installed and the vehicle given back to the customer. Shortly thereafter the customer brought the vehicle back stating there was still an issue with the downshifting. At this point in time, Kathy Rogan was no longer with the company and our service manager took the issue to the aftermarket part supplier requesting they replace the transmission completely. They denied that request stating their warranty process is to try to repair the transmission before replacing. They sent a torque converter and gave a list to the technician of required steps to complete the process for the repair according to their warranty claims process. That was completed by their instruction and the vehicle given back to the customer. The vehicle was still not running correctly, and the service manager has reached back out to the parts supplier for further instruction. We are at the mercy of the parts supplier and their warranty process. Today we called the parts supplier and demanded they sent a new transmission. We understand Mr. Bartlett's frustation however the money for the transmission has been paid per the customer instruction to this aftermarket supplier and we are at their mercy to honor their warranty and follow their warranty claims process.
I assure you Mr. Bartlett that we were on the phone just this morning with the supplier to try and get this issue resolved and will be in touch with you when we are able to get an answer from the supplier.
