They sold me a car with no oil in it ,the motor finally blew and needs replaced.they lied about the vehicle on three separate occasions. I took it in there to them. No Hassles, No Pressures, just honest work and integrity in our dealings. Matt went over and above our expectations to not just find us a vehicle, but as we were in a bit of a time crunch, Matt came in on his scheduled day off to finish the deal. Then he ensured the items we agreed to in our deal were completed and timely. He was truly a superstar. We also worked with Kevin who surprised us with his willingness and ability to work us through a couple of challenges, which admittedly were truly above and beyond what is customary for a car dealership. Carville's Auto Mart was soooo good to us, At 1st!!! After we drove our van home I noticed that wiring harness kit for the dvd/ stereo had been removed! It's been almost a month & we still havent received a call back although we have sent him text msgs, voice mails & even have talk to other staff members but they cant help us they said But they will have Gabby call us back?! And as of today Gabby Garcia still hasn't had the respect or decency to return our calls or our text msgs! More

They refused to take the vehicle back and over the course of the last 2 years that I’ve had the truck, because I haven’t been able to sell this piece of junk or give it back . I’ve spent over 20,000 trying to get it running reliabley enough to drive it and it’s still sitting on the side of my house broke down . I don’t know how this place is still in business when 9 out of 10 vehicles they sell are garbage . More

PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE! My husband was in need of a new (to us) vehicle. We love Hondas and basically knew what we wanted. It was so nice to be able to go to the Carville Auto website, click on a few things and browse the inventory we were interested in. We found a CRV listed and after viewing the information we decided to check it out on a Sunday. We then called on Monday to inquire about it and by Thursday we were driving it off the lot! Steve was so easy to work with- he made the experience simple, quick, and fun (we enjoyed his sense of humor). He is also very knowledgeable and went through the paperwork quickly but made sure we had all the information. He has a gift with getting to know people without being "pushy". We felt like he truly wanted us to leave Carville's Auto Mart with a smile on our face, feeling really good about our purchase. He succeeded! More
