Beneficial to me, I decided to leave my information about the vehicle and was called a few hours later and spoke with Brian. I explained what I wanted and told him that I already went through Carmax but have yet to sign on the dotted line. After a few more emails back and forth I came to the dealership and was welcomed by all the staff working that day but couldn't speak to Brian directly because he was unfortunately under the weather. The process of signing and driving literally took under 30 minutes and to show the class of the staff my sales manager Marge, answered calls while going over my paperwork to politely explain that she was helping me with my purchase which she didn't have to do. I felt like I purchased a vehicle from a place that wasn't trying to sell me what they wanted to sell me and didn't apply any pressure whatsoever which me made feel extremely comfortable! More

The Sales guy Kevin advised he can would help me as close to my payment budget as possible. When i went i test drove the car and was interested. Once we sat down and worked out the numbers my payment was beyond what i could afford. I asked him if i had any other options and he just said unless i put down a bigger down payment, he did not suggest leasing or anything. When i did brought up what my leasing option would be, he advised me to sit with the people in the new car department and did not offer any assistance or advise further. More
