After considering three vehicles at different dealerships none could beat Duval Honda’s offer and customer service. They offered me a fair trade-in value for my previous vehicle and helped me get into the vehicle I was looking for at my price point. Although I did not use this feature I found it very convenient and helpful that there was an option to do everything online and you could have the vehicle delivered to you! As if that wasn’t enough the standard warranty that comes along with my certified pre owned vehicle (and the extended warranty purchase options) left me feeling confident and pleased with my choices for now and in the future. I would definitely choose Duval Honda along with Ernesto and Kevin again for future purchases. More

They could try by not selling a used car to someone when it has a current lien on it. Then they stransfered my plate from my trade in but didnt notify dmv. 6 weeks later I still can not obtain a registratio it has a current lien on it. Then they stransfered my plate from my trade in but didnt notify dmv. 6 weeks later I still can not obtain a registration or title for a car that I paid for with CASH in full. They lied and said that they were looking at their link to dmv and claimed that everything was all set. Except they said that 15 minutes after I left dmv. They backtracked and said that there was a problem and they would fedex me a temporary tag and registration. 5 days later, I still havent gotten it.so now I have a Tahoe that sits in my driveway because I cant legally drive it and have no way of getting any documentation that I legally own it besides my reciept from when I bought it. Already filed a complaint with the BBB and now calling an attorney. Dont buy from them! More

Purchased a used Toyota FJ Cruiser from here. Kevin Batencourt was my salesmen and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience! Surprisingly enjoyable Kevin was amazing! He was friendly and incredibly helpful. The atmosphere was inviting and a very welcomed change from the other dealerships we visit Kevin was amazing!
