I spent almost two years trying to find the RAV4 we wanted. After I found Toyota of Boardman I had one in only two days. They were very transparent and made sure I took advantage of a $1,000. off Toy wanted. After I found Toyota of Boardman I had one in only two days. They were very transparent and made sure I took advantage of a $1,000. off Toyota promotion which I was unaware of. The purchase process was totally pain free and they made sure I did not lose my chance at buying, as I was coming from the neighboring state, a few days later (they allowed a small cash deposit over the phone to hold it). The RAV4 comes in a huge variety of engines, trim levels etc., we purchased the exact one we wanted in the color we wanted with every option we wanted. We could not be more pleased and look forward to dealing here again. The price difference vs. my home town was also a shock and a pleasant surprise. They saved me several thousand dollars for taking a 40min drive to Ohio. More

This dealership sold me a damaged vehicle and listed it as a CPO. Now 2 months later wont return my phone calls that i placed asking for where my registration is. This place has zero accountability and tre as a CPO. Now 2 months later wont return my phone calls that i placed asking for where my registration is. This place has zero accountability and treat you like a king until you sign. Then you quickly become a jester. Save yourself the hassle. Pay more elsewhere and get good service. I promise you, everything I said here is dead accurate and true. More

On 3 December, I drove to Boardman Toyota to test drive a 2001 Corvette. This was a 100 mile drive so all subsequent conversation were with their internet salesman. On 4 December , we agreed to a price for a 2001 Corvette. This was a 100 mile drive so all subsequent conversation were with their internet salesman. On 4 December , we agreed to a price for the car and discussed the fees. I also completed their online fiance application which I was subsequently informed that the bank would require $3000 down due to the age of the car. I informed them that would be no problem. I the requested a delivery date of 11 December @ 10:30 hours.On 9 December, I received a voice-mail that the car had been sold. While I was comfortable that we had a deal and fulfilled all of their requests, they appear to not be willing to honor an agreement. I would be very cautious with this dealership especially with online sales inquiries. My requests for a discussion with the management about these events have not been honored. More

Coverup, deceitful, arrogant, lack of integrity, lack of honesty...etc. I could go on but these are just a few words I can use to desvribe my experience with BOARDMAN TOYOTA. Ill be fair here and 100% hones honesty...etc. I could go on but these are just a few words I can use to desvribe my experience with BOARDMAN TOYOTA. Ill be fair here and 100% honest!! Salesperson was great, finance manager was also good experience but when I discovered a few days after buying my CPO Tundra, that it had been severe structural damage, they simply denied it and chalked it up to “oh well”. Again, to be fair Ill explain in detail. Prior to buying I saw a showroom photo of truck with a very noticeable black scuff on rear drivers side. I made a point to write this down to look at when i took my 7 hr trip from nys to ohio to buy. Day i arrived it was torrential downpour so I quickly looked for this mark in person and saw nothing there. (A closer look would have saved me ago y because there indeed was a crease that was hard to see with water beaded up on area) Few days after buying I noticed this large crease in rear of truck by bumper. I had no prob getting this crease fixed on my own dime. I didnt expect a cpo (certified pre-owned) vehicle to be flawless. However, the day of my dent repair appt, the owner of shop pointer out to me the ACTUAL damage present. Im ashamed I did not see this while still not having signed papers because i would have driven 7 hours home without taking ownership. The entire rear portion of truck was pushed into the wrap around section or end of bumper! Not a small deal here. The dent repair guy showed me other locations where the damage was obvious if looked for. But I didnt look because I was under the belief that CPO meant it was inspected thoroughly. Heres where the story gets worse: for BOARDMAN. That scuff mark in photos was not present at time I picked up truck. The rep there who dealt with my complaint (SAMANTHA) pulled up this photo and acknowledged the scuff mark present but insisted that it would not have affected its being eligible as a CPO tagged vehicle. And I would also agree. Its a cosmetic blemish. And as I said earlier, I was at the debt repair shop to fix this on my own dime. Now that this structural damage was exposed, I expect to be compensated. Not oy did this dealership paint over that black scuff, they slso did one of 2 things: Hid the deeper structural damage or never officially gave the vehicle the said CPO evaluation that Toyota intends a vehicle to have to be called such. Im very disappointed in myself for trusting something that now appears to be in name alone (CPO). Im upset that a dealer would go to such lengths to cover up such damage then tag it as a CPO and depending on how toyota handles this case, im not sure if Ill trust buying another used toyota again. More

Lying and deceitful dealership Preston Toyota of Boardman is the most lying most deceitful dealership I have ever dealt with. Jay Albanese (sales manager) and Kevin Bertilacel (i Preston Toyota of Boardman is the most lying most deceitful dealership I have ever dealt with. Jay Albanese (sales manager) and Kevin Bertilacel (internet sales) are the most dishonest sales related people I have ever met. I was completely misled and lied to about specific questions and information I requested. My family and I drove six hours to purchase this vehicle. We bought a vehicle with many major problems and barley made the trip back home. In less than eight hours, I traded the vehicle for the the same model and counted my losses as a lesson learned. They did smile a lot and offer me something to drink numerous times. DEFINITELY BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

Quick, easy, and enjoyable Kevin Bertilacci was very helpful! Quoted me several cars to make sure I was getting what I wanted at the best price. Outstanding Experience! After multiple visits with 3 dealerships in a 2 week period I was dreading starting over with another. Once I was referred to Toyota of Boardman I st After multiple visits with 3 dealerships in a 2 week period I was dreading starting over with another. Once I was referred to Toyota of Boardman I started with an hour phone conversation with sales manager John Mitsos that educated me light years beyond my weeks of research and dealings with other dealerships. We virtually had a deal set in place before I set foot in the door. When I came in for a short notice test drive on 12/29/17, in 20 degree weather, John had the truck warmed up and ready for me. I was seamlessly handed off to sales associate Kevin Bertilacci who already knew my situation and unique needs to a T. Unlike every other dealer experience I've had, the manager and sales associate and I all interacted together on the same page. No haggling, no running back and forth. When a finance question came up, poof, the finance manager Rich Mangelli arrives with the answer in seconds. The next thing I know I'm driving off with a new truck. Not once did this feel like a car purchase. Rare to find a group of guys like this who are on their toes, respectful and don't give off a single vibe of the dreaded "schmoozing" from most every dealership. What a great team, I can't say enough. The owner must be proud! More

Amazing Experience!! We called in the morning regarding a used car they had on their website. Kevin Bertilacci was quick to find out if the car was still available and we drove 50 mintues to get the car that day. The entire team stayed after their closing time of 6pm to close the deal for us, all while being exceptionally polite. Never once did we feel pressured. It was the BEST car buying experience we have ever been through. They even purchased a new battery for the vehicle and filled up the gas tank!!! Many thanks to the entire Toyota of Boardman team (sales, financing, person that detailed the car). More

Recommend this Dealer ALL Day ! Salesman-Kevin Bertillaci. Kevin Bertilacci Had the Honda Odyssey 2013-EXL ready when I came at 9:00 AM on a Saturday-12/16/2017. Kevin answered All My Questions and we came to Kevin Bertilacci Had the Honda Odyssey 2013-EXL ready when I came at 9:00 AM on a Saturday-12/16/2017. Kevin answered All My Questions and we came to an agreement in 15 Minutes. It was a fair Deal for Both Sides. The Paperwork was Drawn Up and I was Out of there in 2 Hours.
