I would rate our experience a 10 out of 10 in every area of our experience. From the start, the communication process was open and timely. Our discussions with Kevin regarding the car we wanted and the pric of our experience. From the start, the communication process was open and timely. Our discussions with Kevin regarding the car we wanted and the price we had in mind were constructive. He was able to locate the car in Indiana and was able to transport it to the dealership in a timely manner. His communication during that process was excellent. The closing process was smooth because of having all of our information. Ian was professional and personable. Closing out the purchase with Chris was seamless. The flowers were a very nice touch too!
