Absolutely the most incompetent dealership that I have ever been to. First off, I specifically asked for a car with a trailer hitch, they showed us everything but what I asked. They told me it was taking a while to get the car that my wife purchased ready. They said that they were putting new tires on, new brakes, changing oil and flushing the transmission and they had to take extra time cleaning because the previous owner had dogs. Not a problem except, they did not put new tires on it or any other maintenance items that they listed other than changing the oil. We headed out on a trip the day that we picked the car up. I don't know about the previous owner having dogs, but half way through our trip we discovered that the car was infested with roaches and I mean infested. Our first oil change was today. I called 5-6 different times to service to schedule the appointment and nobody picked up the phone. I ended up selecting option 0 and informed the person that answered that I have been trying all day to schedule an oil change and nobody has been answering in service. She walked to service and got them to pick up the phone. I spoke with the gentleman and set my appointment for 1:00 today. I get there and nobody has any record of my appointment. Then they told me that we only get 2 free oil changes when we bought the service package we were told all oil changes were free After our very first oil change the service department said that we needed new tires. We just bought this car 4000 miles ago and our salesman said they were putting brand new tires on. This is our 4th car through them. The other 3 were bought from when it was Maus Nissan. We will never buy from these incompetent fools again More

Terrible experience,advertised an Armada at$48,108. Withall the dealer add ones it was over $59,000.But the sales manager said he would come down to$54,000 out the door,but the payment was $1068 a month Withall the dealer add ones it was over $59,000.But the sales manager said he would come down to$54,000 out the door,but the payment was $1068 a month for 72 months at 4.9 percent interest.He either thought we were stupid or his calculator was messed up.If you advertise a vehicle for a certain price then that should be the price.I would never think about doing business with them again,I don't know why these car salesmen think they are so much smarter than the customer.They are a bunch of conmen. More
