My wife and I, working people have been in to the dealership a few times over the lat year and were treated rudely every single time by the reception My wife and I, working people have been in to the dealership a few times over the lat year and were treated rudely every single time by the receptionist and the older male salespeople; apparently we weren't dressed well enough to afford an $85k purchase. To me that represents an arrogance problem and I'm writing this because it's true and you should do something about it. Sizing people up on the way in the door is bad business and it feels like a culture as we have experienced it at least 3 times. The truck is great though, hoping the service is also. More
