This level of attention is increasingly rare in today's market, and we greatly appreciated his dedication to ensuring we understood every aspect of the car. Both Kervin and Patrick were straightforward and professional during negotiations. They worked within our budget without the typical back-and-forth often experienced at other dealerships, ultimately coming in under our target price. There was an initial miscommunication regarding the interest rate—the originally quoted special financing was inadvertently offered without realizing AMG vehicles were excluded from that promotion. However, Patrick handled the situation professionally by adjusting the numbers to ensure we remained comfortable with the final deal. His willingness to make things right was greatly appreciated and prevented what could have been a deal-breaking situation. When scheduled maintenance was needed the following Monday, Kervin promptly arranged for the work to be completed the same day, which I appreciated. My only current concern is that since the maintenance appointment, the check engine light has been intermittently activating and deactivating. Given that I just purchased the vehicle and live across town from the dealership, having to return for additional service so soon is both inconvenient and somewhat concerning. I plan to schedule a follow-up appointment to have this issue properly diagnosed and resolved. Despite this issue, my overall experience with the team at MB of Richmond was positive, and I would recommend working with Kervin and Patrick. More
