My purchasing experience was incredibly easy. I knew the exact car that I wanted, when I arrived Kent helped me out with a test drive. I didn’t feel valued. I scheduled an appointment to test drive a specific car and explained i had pre approved financing ready to make a purchase. Car was not ready, detailed to sale, nor did the sales rep drive a specific car and explained i had pre approved financing ready to make a purchase. Car was not ready, detailed to sale, nor did the sales rep know where the car was. I was told financing was swamped when we got there we were the only customers in the building. Also felt that i was lied to during financing. This was my first Lexus purchase and my first experience with Sacramento Lexus. I was given positive recommendations of this location and that was not my experience. If the pricing wasn’t great and the car not what i was looking for i would have walked. At this moment i would not buy another car from Sacramento Lexus. More
