Tech saw nail in tire, did not remove it, or at least attempt to remove it, but tells the svc adv to tell me. It’s a safety issue. As a courtesy, should they at least remove it? That’s something that could leave me on the side of the road. Luckily, it was not too deep and I ended up removing it myself in your parking lot. You dealership leaves a lot to be desired.
