Don’t get caught with getting their warranty package. They will sell it to you as it’s the best thing out there but when something goes wrong, good luck getting it covered. I recently brought my car in for an oil charge and I had a problem with my display screen. I provided them with theTechnical Service Bulletin (TSB) and the Service Alert stating this is a defect. Hudson Nissan came back with “denied” stating it was cosmetic. When I researched the same problem online, multiple forums stated their warranty covered this issue. If you want to buy an extended warranty package, don’t do it at Hudson Nissan North Charleston. You’ll get a better warranty package and probably get a better price. More

Brought car in for acceleration and possible transmission issues for repair. Their diagnosis was it needed a new air flow sensor and offered to buy the car for $100, I declined and authorized the repair. Aft issues for repair. After they said the car was ready I asked if it's repaired, they said yes. I drove off the lot and was nearly hit by a car as my car stalled in the middle of the road, the car was now running extremely hot and the acceleration issues were worse and had to bring it right back in. It's now inoperable and I had to bring it right back in. The technician admitted the mechanic didn't bother to test drive it to make sure it was safe to drive, and then tried to sell me more repairs to make it operable in excess of the worth of the car, essentially leaving it in limbo and leaving me on the hook for the full cost of the "Repairs" Diagnostics were not properly performed, Service was not adequately rendered, no test drive was done putting me in a danger, and they've fought refunding the full invoice for the incomplete repair job. This has been a horrible experience. More

Having oil leak from front cover after timing belt was done in January 2024. Went to kenny to see if warranty would cover; they ignore oil leak (cover under front of engine has oil, indicates a leak). W done in January 2024. Has never leaked until after timing belt work. More

Oneika was a fantastic sales person. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I love my truck. However, I had to take it back 3 times to finally get my problem taken care She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I love my truck. However, I had to take it back 3 times to finally get my problem taken care of. The service rep I dealt with was Kenny. He also was extremely helpful and accommodating. Again, it was inconvenient to keep taking it back. The finance manager was helpful and very pleasant as well. Overall, the staff that deals with public were all very professional and a pleasure to work with. More

I arrived a bit early but was greeted promptly and the vehicle was serviced in the expected time and manner. The only issue was that the TPMS light came on on my way back to the office.
