There were a lot of hiccups in the purchasing process. My salesman was new and did not provide good service at all. I’m not sure if it was lack of training or if he is just not cut out for this sort of jo My salesman was new and did not provide good service at all. I’m not sure if it was lack of training or if he is just not cut out for this sort of job. Fortunately, with enough persistence I was able to get my car up to the standard that it should have been when I went to drive it off the lot. Unfortunately, that took 3 visits to the dealership and 2 different loaner cars over the time span of a week. I also spent 8 hours in the waiting room for a service that was quoted at 2 hours (which should have been fixed before the sale). The salesman was not truthful about numerous things, which was the biggest pain point for this purchase. Fortunately, management did all they could to make things ok. More

My finance guy was the bomb! !!! However, Hunter nor Rodger were even willing to give me free oil changes nor tire rotation and I just bought a new shortage. My first Tim at Jim b !!! Our biggest issue was the lack of communication on the fact that our vehicle was sent to the outlet store for repairs. We were under the impression Jimmy Butler was going to repair it at their store.
