He listened and made us feel like he was working for us instead of against us like it had been my experience with most car sales people. In addition he went above and beyond showing us the car remotely, sending videos, patiently answering our questions and sending all the documents we requested. allowing us to make a decision and purchase the vehicle completely remote. He even delivered the vehicle personally to my home and picked up our trade-in. We did not have to come to the dealership at all!
