Needed battery and had no appointment. Had to get battery from another dealership as they did not have battery in stock. Offered to take me home and pick up instead of waiting there. Washed my car battery from another dealership as they did not have battery in stock. Offered to take me home and pick up instead of waiting there. Washed my car even though raining. Great service! I always take my car for service to Longo. The advisors are very thorough and notify me of necessary repairs . They provide images of the repairs that are needed resulting the Multipoint inspection .
