Ken Arment was a dream to work with! !! This was my second purchase with Heritage Mazda and I love both vehicles!!! Even though the process took over 5 hours - Ken made it enjoyable an !! It was an excellent experience buying my new car! Ken went above and beyond - especially when he picked by me up at my home (50 minutes away from the dealership) so I could complete the sale of the car without asking one of my children to drive me.
