I arrived at Landmark Honda without an appointment thinking I had an emergency - I. e., one or more dangerously under inflated tires due to having accidentally driven over a curb in bad weather. William was able to accommodate very quickly checking it out. It was only a defective indocator and not necessarily worth fixing for $1100 in a 2013 SUV. The Dealership took care of a slightly overdue oil and filter change, and fully inflated my tires in an hour and a half while I worked on client correspondence and enjoyed a cup of coffee. More

He was a very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable sales rep. Never pressured me for anything, answered my 100+ questions and kept his word on EVERYTHING he told me he would do. Not only that, he followed up with me for a week+ after the sale. Makes me feel like he cares about his customers and doesn’t just look at them as a commission. As a first-time car buyer I was nervous about the process but he explained everything so well that a 5th grader would be able to understand. I told him I was looking for a bright shade of red Honda Civic hybrid: He let me test drive another color but with the options I was looking for. It was a pleasant drive as we drove around for a while , It seemed I was talking with an old friend not a car salesman. He was treating me with respect, not just pitching me the standard sales talk. I had walked out of another dealership the day before. because the woman salesperson was pushing and upset because I wouldn’t settle for a burgundy red car. She even bought the manager over to fuss at me. Thomas, on the other hand , introduced me to his manager,?who was quite nice. After talking over various points of the car I wasn’t making a decision them, especially since they didn’t have a red car. I went home checked out another brand the next day with a terrible salesman experience where I walked out again. I decided a couple of days later to go back again to see Thomas and test drive another Civic. He warmly greeted me again . We got n another car for a test drive. I then decided I wanted to buy a car from Thomas but it had to be bright red I wanted my Grandson, who really knows cars to check out what I wanted. The two men spoke on the phone several times. The manger Marcus and Thomas were able to find me the bright red 2026 Civic hybrid touring sport car I wanted. I traded in a wonderful 2007 HHR with only 50,400 miles on it in great shape. They got the car in from another dealership . I was so worried about the color but once I saw it I was sold, just needed another short test drive. I told Thomas I wanted it but the numbers had to be better. After a bit he came back with better numbers and I started signing papers. I spoke with a couple other people who were explaining things to me. I then headed in to deal with the financial manager Uzair Malik. He was great too. He was telling me about several options in maintenance and upkeep of my new car. I had him go over some a couple of times to understand it better. Uzair had the neatest desk all of the top was a giant computer screen. I could really see the numbers he was going over not just listening to words being spoken. After all that paperwork I went out to the show room where Thomas was waiting to show me my new car all ready with my personalized license plate from old car was now on the Civic. Thomas spent a lot of time explaining how the basic things worked and making sure the seat was adjusted just right along with the mirrors.?He set up the big screen with what I had requested. It was dark when I left: I was worried about how worked and how well I could see the road: After a big hug for Thomas I drove off in my new car. I am happy and it will take awhile to learn all the bells and whistles of my new car. More
