Peltier is a horrible company. We bought a brand new vehicle there in 2017, which we got rid of in 2022 because of the ongoing issues they could not fix. First, the salespeople come out of the sky and pester you like a swarm of gnats! Our salesman spent more time on the phone making other sales than he did with us while we were sitting at his desk. The Service Department is just as bad, trying to get you to sell them your vehicle every time you bring it in. It has been 3 years since we got rid of the Nissan, yet Peltier continues to send e-mails and leave messages on the phone about servicing or selling the vehicle to them. I keep telling them to stop because we no longer own the vehicle, yet the calls & e-mails continue regardless of how many times I unsubscribe. I will NEVER buy from any Peltier dealership. They are totally unprofessional. More

The wait time for my oil change has greatly improved. I was in and out in less than an hour. The new lobby furniture is very nice and they always have the restrooms in good shape.
