The whole dept. goes out of there way to take care of your needs,and they always have a smile.My truck is a work truck and I am self-employed and they get me in and goes out of there way to take care of your needs,and they always have a smile.My truck is a work truck and I am self-employed and they get me in and out as fast as possible.Also the job is done right,can't say enough about Daniel in service dept.He has saved me alot of times.He checks my truck out top to bottom for problems.Truck has over 490000 miles on it, so that says alot for the service dept. Steve in sales is a true asset to the Moore GMC BUICK team. I was introduced to this dealership through online searching. While I was buying used, I was still taken care of as if I were purchasing new. T team. I was introduced to this dealership through online searching. While I was buying used, I was still taken care of as if I were purchasing new. They are all professional, kind, understanding and practice no-pressure sales. After leaving the lot in my “new” car, I knew I only wanted to deal with the Moore GMC BUICK family for future purchases.. and so I did. The car I purchased was not even 4 months into owning, and it was totaled. I called Steve and told him what happened. He immediately got to work, finding other options within my budget. Once I was able to make the journey back to Jacksonville, Steve and the team were waiting. It was not just about selling me another car, it was general concern for my well being and making sure I was okay. He even pulled up safety rating comparisons between the two cars I considered knowing the situation and that safety was now #1 priority and explained how the gap coverage worked to help with any costs of totaled car. Needless to say, I now have a second purchase from Steve. When you buy from Moore GMC BUICK, you’re not considered another sale.. you’re considered family. I highly recommend them! More
