Well after 3 different salesmen quotes, with 2 claiming there prices were locked per manager. So I went with the salesman that gave me no story, just a great price. And to top it off I asked hard question there prices were locked per manager. So I went with the salesman that gave me no story, just a great price. And to top it off I asked hard questions before coming and Chris was very honest to the point. Was very courteous and helpful beyond the sale. Took very very short test drive, fit Chris’s description to a T. He as well got me in and out in under an hour. I would rate Chris a solid 10, but survey doesn’t offer it. More

Kinda confusing dealing with 3 different salesman via messenger and getting 3 different prices. But I quickly got over that when Chris Derrick stepped in and made an offer I couldn’t refuse. Love the srt challenger. Chris had me in and out in less than an hour. Very smooth transaction. Impressed with my first purchase from Metro Ford. Kendall was great. If he didn’t have the answer, he found it. Austin on the other hand was less than impressive, especially once the money was sent. He acted as if he didn't care any longer, was argumentative, would regularly interrupt me to limit my ability to express my point/concerns. Had no knowledge of the titling process (once “his” paperwork was submitted). Very unsatisfactory. More
