I have purchase a Subaru for the last 25 years but unfortunately not from the dealership of Kenny Ross Subaru. The personal at Kenny Ross, especially Kendall who showed me and demonstrated the car, Lauren and Jay who helped finalize the price I needed, and Greg who finalized the paper work needed to pay for the car, did a great job in getting me what I felt/know was a great car at a very fair price. The overall experience for me and my wife was great. I look forward to doing all my service needs at Kenny Ross Subaru and if I have any questions, and I know I will, I will call and I know they will always be answered. More

Finance added a bunch of items to my deal right when I was signing papers on a computer and explained they had paid for them. That was a lie. 1788.00 and so far I only have been able to get 191 back. They charged me for LoJack but never installed it and Subaru already had ability to track the car included with the car through it's nav system. I cancelled any further visits with the dealership and informed Subaru and sent copy of my deal to car edge and other on line car dealer reviewers. They also applied paint protector to the car without asking and that was hundreds of dollars. They did this at the moment you pick up the cat which can overwhelm you and especially as they lie to you and tell you it didn't cost you anything. Don't buy a car here. Don't get warranty work done here. More

Service department is great, Newton was more helpful with this new car than anyone there with past purchases, and Charlie Smith who closed purchase with extended warranty and final papers was very helpful.
