Good and Efficient Experience I was looking to buy my first new car, specifically with great fuel economy since I do a lot of highway driving for my new job. After much research, I I was looking to buy my first new car, specifically with great fuel economy since I do a lot of highway driving for my new job. After much research, I decided on a Honda Civic with a hatchback and perused the internet to find the best deals. I ended up looking at Valley Honda, because I was recommended it by an acquaintance. They did have one of the styles I was looking for in stock and in a color I preferred. I requested a quote online through their website and received it very quickly (on a Sunday night). It was the best deal I could find for this year, model, and style and below the MSRP as well as Kelley Blue Book's fair purchase price. The next day, I went to the dealership to look at the car with my mom and to test drive it. We were quickly greeted by an employee and directed to Ken Seal, who sent me the quote online. Since it was Memorial Day and super busy, we ended up working with Clement Bruner through the whole process. He was able to find the car, let me test drive it, answer the questions I had, fill out the paperwork, and get me approved to finance the car within a relatively short and efficient amount of time. I was very impressed how quickly it took, and Clement was great and easy to work with through it all. Unfortunately, since it was a busy day, it did take a long time to get into finance to finish the deal. That would probably be the only real negative about my whole experience. I also decided to get the Commodore Coatings finish on my car, because they were offering a very discounted price for it. I was able to get that done by the end of the same week, and they provided me a loaner car during that time. Honda Valley made that process fast and efficient as well, it took me about 10 minutes or less each day to pick up the loaner car and to drop it off. Overall, I had a good experience with the dealership and the salespeople. I would definitely recommend Valley Honda to anyone I know. More

Lease on new Honda Civic Ken Seal helped us get a good deal on a new Honda Civic. I currently reside in South Carolina but came back to the area (grew up in the Shenandoah Va Ken Seal helped us get a good deal on a new Honda Civic. Some were vague "I'll beat it" but no breakdown of taxes and fees, others wouldn't compete or were wishy-washy about it. Ken at Valley Honda immediately gave me the lowest pricing I'd seen in the state with a complete breakdown of taxes and fees. He was prompt to respond to email and we had it all hashed out in a matter of minutes. When we met with Ken he described all the features of the vehicle, showed us how to adjust the settings, and quickly got us out the door in our new car. Mike in finance was fun and friendly and not pushy at all. He described our options for warranty and other add ons and let us decide what we wanted. It really felt like Ken and Mike were there to help us get what was right for our situation and not like they were just trying to make more money. I'd highly recommend Valley Honda to anyone looking for a car! More
