Unfortunately there is no way to leave a zero rating. The car we just bought is our 8th purchase from this dealership and probably the last Ken Ramka is the worst car salesman I have ever dealt with. Deceitful on several issues, selling us a car that did not fir our needs - with no apology. The Sales Manager (Tony) of course backed his salesman and now will not even return a phone call. I guess this is the way you get treated if you are not buying a new vehicle. Sad. More
