Took 2 hrs! I am very upset. I made an appointment to get an alignment. Not only did it take 2 hrs but they took a filter off my car without asking first and want I am very upset. Not only was it ridiculous to have to wait that long when I had an appointment but to wait for a part to be put back on is just beyond me. I had my 6 and 3 yrs old with me, just got done working 12 hrs on night shift. I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. I am very disappointed. After 45 minutes I went back to see how things were going and was told my car hadn't even been taken back yet! More
