From day one when I contacted the dealership online last December, Ken was helping me to place an order for the car to be assembled. He supported me throughout the process and after months of waiting for a new 2022 Honda Civic Touring, he was happy to finally meet me and present me with a new car. He made the "car buying experience" what it really should be. Working with him was a true blessing and I'm thankful for all his concern and help. They don’t hide anything and are straightforward with the buying/sell/ trade process. And the best part, you can buy cars for MSRP. No mark ups. If they don’t have the car you want, they will order it for you. I put a deposit on a car. However I found a different car elsewhere. But Honda still gave me back my deposit fully.
