Extremely pleasant experience from beginning to end of the buying process. I contacted a couple of dealerships and Valley Honda were quick to respond and answered all my questions, and I did asked a lot. the buying process. Everything well explained over email as well as by phone over my concerns and gave me a clear out the door price without beating around the bush haggling or been pushy which I really appreciated. Ken and Fred were very welcoming, pleasant, funny and attentive which helps a lot when you are a bit stressed when buying a car. Great finance department as well, very clear and made the experience easy and quick. Explained warranties and services offer but again without being pushy. The great reviews and awards for this dealership don't lie. Overall best experience I've had in a dealership, period! More
