Their service department is the best I’ve experienced in my 71 years. They did not disappoint. Dominic did a great job meeting my tight deadline for testing and negotiating a deal. Test drove two vehicles to find the right one. Dominic did a thorough job of educating me and answering all of my questions. Car bought and picked up the same day. Would I buy from Valley again? Yes! Checked out a few different dealerships and Tom gave us the best service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Including a few regarding the "paddle shifters" which I asked a few oth the best service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Including a few regarding the "paddle shifters" which I asked a few other sales people while doing my research, he was the only one who clearly explained their function and how it helps recharge the battery and act as downshifting. My experience at Valley Honda was great, and it was due to my first experience that brought me back for this second purchase. LANCE, JAB and KEN provided excellent customer service. They were very profes to my first experience that brought me back for this second purchase. LANCE, JAB and KEN provided excellent customer service. They were very professional and accommodating. LANCE: working with him through text massage and over the phone a week before. Painless process and he was very helpful. Have bought multiple vehicles from Lance and Valley Honda and will continue to do so in the future. JAB: I am very pleased with his assistance through out the process, he was very helpful and also keep me posted on any latest developments as my vehicle was ordered from the factory. He was patient and answered all my questions. He also clearly and simply explained and outlined all the costs, that I would pay if I purchased my specific vehicle. KEN: provided clear information in a timely manner, explained next steps and answered all of my questions. He did a great job with regard to the paperwork related to my new vehicle. They were all very helpful and I will be back for my next Honda. More
