DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! I purchased a brand new Silverado with a mouse chewed wiring harness for the wiper fluid. After contacting them I was told they would not fix it or I purchased a brand new Silverado with a mouse chewed wiring harness for the wiper fluid. After contacting them I was told they would not fix it or make it right. I was told that it was my problem and they wouldn’t fix it. Again, this is a brand new truck. I will never do business with Zeigler ever again unless this is made right. Throughout the sales process, after the sale, and for days after I was pressured to make a positive review online. I got 12 different emails from them to do this. Here is a negative review. What is Zeigler going to do to make this right? More

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Salesmen was terrible, not very personable, not engaging and made us feel like we were a bother to him.
