Diana is an amazing saleswoman! She was mindful of my time and efficient with making sure I understood my entire deal and going over my new 2024 Jeep Compass High Altitude trim. Abdulla, the GSM made sure I received the all applicable rebates and incentives on my lease and made the trade-in of my old vehicle fair and painless. David and Marco were great at getting my new Compass ready for my test drive - porters were busy and instead of making me wait they went to bring it for me. They seemed almost as excited about it as I was! They reassured me I was getting a great vehicle at a great price. Nick, the finance manager made that part easy and painless and also very efficient. No hard sell on any part of my acquisition. My experience was amazing all around. I don't think I've ever had such an efficient and quick lease/purchase experience like this. More

I wrap your head around something and I don't mean add insult to injury,Believe it or not, I will say the truth before my soul, and before God. In commercial sciences, we call it: customer phisher/forced selling. for the following reasons: 1- After I purchased a car, I found that the rear tire had a hole in it. Despite my reporting of the problem on the same day of purchasing, he said that I had to pay an additional amount to fix it. so far, I am suffering from the problem of the right rear tire. 2- Kan Luan was running away from customers during the sales processing (he is not reachable easily) I read that through his face, even the entire crystal employees aren't corporating with the customer despite the the purchasing system is for the great service of customers, and should be finished both sides might be happy. 3- not honest with the customer, I purchased I found out that,the rear tire on the right side had a hole on it , 4- Not honest and clear. 5- He Does not looking into the customer's eyes. 6- whenever you call to who you want to speak to wasn't reachable. I had to sit and wait 2 hours for the car I came to see. I was told the manager had it and was on his way back. I believe the car was being worked on.
