A few years ago we leased our Pacifica at Jeep of Chicago right after the ownership change from Napleton. We didnt know what to expect, buying from a brand new dealer- and we were surely satisfied. Our sales rep Dee Garzon treated us with respect and got us a great deal done fast. With the market as it is now we werent sure whether to buy or lease another new car, and our Pacifica only has 14k miles!! So we bought our lease out. Seems like the right choice, low miles and we know the history better than any other car we could have bought for the same money- which there are NONE with similar low miles and equipment. We returned to Jeep of Chicago and Steve B was there to help us finish the paperwork - no surprises like extra fees for processing the deal Chrysler gave us. Other dealers may charge as much as 1500!?!?! They offered us other packages like protecting the interior and paint for 10 years, or Certifying the warranty to 7 years or 100k miles- and while the prices for these offers were very fair, we didnt see it as a need at this time. There was no pressure, no run around. It took a little longer than I expected but still reasonable fast. I guess they were having tech issues with new software not operating as they wanted. In the end, we have our Pacifica now in OUR name and not split with Chrysler as a lease and we would definitely refer friends family coworkers neighbors EVERYONE to see Steve B at Jeep of Chicago on Western Ave!!
