We carefully drove into Coos Bay and brought it to the dealership to have it checked out. The staff was SO friendly and helped us with everything, explaining the diagnosis, next steps and total cost of repair. They even gave us recommendations on where to camp that night for free and what to do around the area for fun while we waited. We didn't have to go far, though, to find an excellent cafe (Smiling Dog, connected to the dealership) where we could work (I am self-employed and my husband is a student) and enjoy complimentary coffee and delicious, reasonably priced goodies. We loved our experience here, especially how they treat their customers. We were looking and smelling a little worse for wear after having been camping on the beach the last few days. We were treated like VIPs and human beings here, and I saw the same treatment for other customers as well, ranging from polished to more scruffy appearances. We are so grateful that they treated us so well and took care of us while we figured out this roadtrip detour. Loved this place and would recommend it to anyone! :) More
