I had the q 5,000 mile servicing. done. I was greater very pleasantly at the service desk and only had a wait one hour. The waiting area was spotless and all went well. Oh and I loved done. The service department made me wait an hour longer than quoted without giving me an update, so that I had to go inquire as to the status of my car. They acted condescending and tried to put the cause of th quoted without giving me an update, so that I had to go inquire as to the status of my car. They acted condescending and tried to put the cause of the issue on ME instead of faulty factory equipment, and instead of honoring the warranty tried to sell me replacement parts. The sales staff may have good ratings but the service staff need to look up the definition of "service" in between their cigarette breaks and texting. More
