I had a great experience at Fairfield Mercedes. All staff members were very professional. I had good communication with Grant prior to my arrival. Hagen was my salesman as Grant was with another All staff members were very professional. I had good communication with Grant prior to my arrival. Hagen was my salesman as Grant was with another customer when I arrived. Hagen has a very welcoming disposition and made me feel comfortable throughout the buying experience. To summon it up I’ve never had as such a good experience at any dealership prior in my life. Not that I buy cars often, but this purchase was easy and with no pressure whatsoever. Definitely makes me want to return to Fairfield Mercedes for future vehicle purchases. Thanks again. More

The registered my car in thw wrong state then forgot about it. I had to keep calling to figure out my registration, called Mercedes directly and they sent me to someone else who still after weeks couldn about it.
